QUESTIONS

The things
people ask first.

Can you notarize a document I already signed?

It depends on the notarial act. An acknowledgment may allow a previously signed document; a jurat usually requires signing in front of the notary. Send the document so we can confirm.

Do you travel to hospitals, care facilities, and homes?

Yes. Mobile visits are available in Shorewood and surrounding communities. Include the facility name and any visitor requirements when requesting an appointment.

What does a notarization cost?

The fee depends on the service, number of signatures, travel, and any additional handling. You'll receive a quote before confirming the appointment.

How do you know it's really me on video?

Remote sessions use government photo ID verification and the additional identity checks required for the session, followed by live audio-video signing.

Can you prepare documents for use in another country?

Apostille and authentication assistance helps route your documents for the required certification. Tell us the document type and destination country so we can confirm the process.

How quickly can you come out?

Same-day appointments may be available. Call or text for urgent requests, and include your deadline in the appointment notes.

REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT

Tell me what needs signing, and when.

Every request gets a reply with a firm time and the exact fee — usually within one business day, sooner if you mark it urgent in the notes.
