Single-document starting prices include $45 local travel plus one $5 notarial act, where required. Additional acts are $5 each. Witness-only appointments are quoted after reviewing the signing instructions.

Estate packages include local travel and up to 60 minutes of signing support. Applicable notarial acts are itemized at $5 each within the agreed package total. Local travel covers locations within 10 driving miles of Shorewood. Witnesses, printing, additional time and extended travel are quoted separately.

Witness needs are confirmed from the document instructions before booking. If you need witnesses arranged, tell us in advance; coordination starts at $35 per witness and is subject to availability.
